Wison Engineering Services Co. Ltd. (SEHK Stock Code: 2236), one of the leading chemical engineering, procurement and construction (“EPC”) management service providers in China, recently announced that its non-wholly owned affiliated company, Wison Engineering (“the Company”), has been awarded an EPC contract for the 30kt/a water treatment agent expansion project by Henan Qingshuiyuan Technology Co., Ltd (“Qingshuiyuan”, Stock Code: 300437), who is a professional water treatment chemicals producer in China. This is the first EPC project for Wison Engineering in the water treatment industry, representing a key step for the Company in the field of environmental protection.
According to the contract, Wison Engineering will be responsible for the detailed engineering design, procurement and construction as well as corresponding technological and training services. The project is scheduled to be operational by the end of 2016.
